Our approach to teaching Mathematics is based on profound understanding of student's needs. We are trying to eliminate the significant gap between High School and University and College programs and skills requirements.

We believe that there is no Mathematics in the Secondary school program before Grade 10. There is Math, which is a small fraction of Mathematics. However, it is crucial for children to start thinking mathematically as early as Grade 7. Our introductory course Grade 8-10 pre-high school Mathematics is based on definitions of fundamental mathematical concepts, which are missing from a typical curriculum. We recommend students of Grade 7-10 to start with this course to develop logical thinking and proper mathematical language.

Piece of advice to parents (in Russian)

We suggest the following courses:

All of them are tentative and will be adjusted to current student needs and their level of knowledge. We provide teaching mostly in English and sometimes in Russian (with English terms) for small groups. We also suggest individual lessons (Grade 1 - 12) to focus on current student needs.

My son studied Math with Nataliya for 3 years. Even though his school and Math teacher was good, the additional tutoring was essential. His final grade in Math was the highest in his class. Now he is a student at Engineering department of University of Waterloo. My younger son (grade 8) starts studying with Nataliya thinking of University as well. The tutoring is not expensive. I recommend the tutoring for students in any grade with any Math problems. If you have questions you can contact me at sergey.moskovskiy AT gmail.com

My son David studied Mathematics with Nataliya and as a result he passed a test to transfer to a better school. He is one of the best in the class in Mathematics.

We came to Canada recently. Even though my son has good skills in Mathematics he needed more training to adapt to new environment and Ontario School Board requirements.
